1. Training and Assessment Strategy (TAS)

Your TAS must reflect the actual delivery of your program — not what you intended to deliver two years ago. It should be reviewed annually and updated whenever your delivery mode, target market, or assessment practices change.

2. Trainer Credentials and Currency

ICT moves fast. Trainers need to demonstrate current industry skills, not just a qualification from a decade ago. Maintain a skills matrix and ensure trainers are engaging with the industry — through consulting, professional development, or hands-on work.

3. Assessment Validation
