SaaS Analytics Dashboard

Overview

A fintech startup needed a robust, real-time analytics dashboard for their 10,000+ business customers across APAC. Existing solutions couldn't handle their data volume or their customers' customisation requirements.

The Solution

We built a multi-tenant analytics platform with:

• Real-time data streaming via WebSockets
• Customisable dashboard widgets
• Role-based access control
• White-label capabilities for enterprise customers
• Export to PDF and Excel

Technical Highlights

The most challenging aspect was the multi-tenant data architecture — ensuring complete data isolation while maintaining query performance at scale. We achieved this with a combination of row-level security in PostgreSQL and a Redis caching layer.

Outcome

The platform launched on schedule and has since onboarded 3 enterprise white-label customers, generating significant new ARR for our client.
